I got a voucher for services at the clinique. I try by more then 3 occasions to get one of the service. I finally got one of them in 4 months. They weren't customer oriented and never on time. No dryer for the nail, left alone in a corner, not well maintained and not very clean. For a spa treatment you expect way more. I am not sure if I wasn't welcome because of the voucher but I will definitely never go back. And now for some reason they don't expect my voucher anymore even if the expiration date is not pass. They seem to be disorganize in taking appointments. Very very disappointed less...
