I recently purchased a return ticket through AirTicketsDirect. Each trip (outgoing and return) was 3 flights. After purchasing the ticket, the middle leg was changed to a different day, making the ticket unusable. They didn't even notify me of this change (for the return flight). AirTicketsDirect told me that this is not their problem and said that such changes are the passenger's responsibility. I would warn anyone considering making a purchase through AirTicketsDirect to reconsider. You may end up with a completely unusable ticket. less...
