On my commute home from work I was in the right lane driving past a Belaty Ltd service when he started to drift into my lane. (I assume he was looking at his phone while driving) I had to crank my wheel violently to avoid him hitting me. I gave him the finger as I was forced onto the shoulder of the highway. He then pulled up behind me and was about a foot or so from my rear bumper. When i looked in my rear view mirror he was waving wildly for me to pull over and holding his fists up indicating that he wanted to fight me. As i got off at my exit he slowed to a crawl in the middle lane of a VERY busy highway. I called customer service once home and asked for some contact info for management so i could follow through with my complaint. Belaty refused to give me the information and ended the call. If this is the way their employees behave, how reliable or trustworthy will they be with customers appliances? Very disturbing and unprofessional behavior. I would never want this type of people (business or not) in my home. Best to look for a company who take their jobs seriously. Buyer Beware. less...
