the worst company I have ever done business with, my furnace broke down called them they said call back tomorrow at 9am called at 9 next day only got answering machine finally got hold of them at 10 said do not worry will fix today waited till 5pm called them got answering machine left message. they called back about 20 mins later to say will not be out today maybe I should call somebody else now 2 days without heat chris( one of their employees) said to go buy heaters at store. must be nice to be that busy you can treat people like that!!!! This is the first time I have ever done a review but just thought other people needed to know, lucky we do not have kids at home but maybe next customer they do this to might have kids. people like this should not be in business. less...
