If you like having your pizza slice directly touched with BARE hands by the same person that is touching everything at the cash register INCLUDING money without washing their hands, this is your kind place! You like your baked goods sitting next to the cash register without a cover with flies crawling and crapping all over them? These are for you! When I asked for pizza that hasn't been touched by contaminated hands, they looked at me like I grew a 3rd head. I mean c'mon? How much are a pair of tongs at Walmart, seeing as it is THE LAW in Ontario to have them to handle cooked food? Pizza was cold & greasy to boot. Waited 4-5 minutes to have my 1 item take out order taken while other employees stood behind counter doing nothing. I confronted the owner; said she would be taking care of these issues. Even my young teenage son knew this all was wrong. He ate the pizza slice, but not the crust as he didn't know how many times it had been handled, so I didn't even get my money's worth. And before anyone thinks "why didn't you just walk out?" it was high-time that someone called them out on these issues seeing as this restaurant has been in business there for YEARS and continually doing these same practices.
