We were outright lied to by Julie of Delta Real Estate, she cost us unbelievable problems that ate up hundreds of hours, all sorts of hassles and over $10,000 in unanticipated expenses to try to make the house livable. We stated our concerns prior to purchase and she completely ignored them and lied to us regarding those issues even though she stated that she had to truthfully answer any questions we asked.She gave the worst after sales service we ever experienced and hid behind lawyers instead of looking after anything after she had our money. I would be disgusted if I went through this experience over something that cost $100, never mind a third of a million!!! How someone could live with themselves by leaving out vital details that a consumer asks about is beyond me. These were the dirtiest business tactics I've ever encountered.
