Having never been to the shop before, I didn't know what to expect when I brought in my seized rear shock but I couldn't fix it on my own. Two days later I got a call that they were able to release and adjust the shock rather than replace it which saved me about $100. It was an honest repair where they could have gotten away with a dishonest one. I am appreciative of their integrity and would highly recommend trusting them to do right by the customer. less...
