This is not the same OLD UVSL, the new owner took over a few years ago, they are riding on the good reputation of the old owner. The new UnitedVSL is a husband and wife company, wife is the phone/admin person, husband is the boss. "Customer always right" ??? No such thing!!! , "Wife is always right" is the UVSL rule. My friend is a 30+ units condo manager, he had very good experience with the old owner, but he is totally pissed off with the new owner, dishonst, poor services, unable to keep premises. My friend took his business somewhere else, and now is much happier now. There are other great Duradek contractors in BC. less...
