There was a problem with one of the pieces of furniture built by Sofaworks . They promised to Build another. 2 weeks passed, I called, and was told that somehow they forgot about this. They were going to put a rush on it, and it was going to be ready next week, I called at the end of the next week. Not ready. Next week. I called the week after that and wax told to stop calling "It'll be ready when it is ready, if wont take a year or months or weeks" I am absolutely appalled at having been treated as a bother. You should have heard them on the phone the first time, apologising, PROMISING. Abhorrent customer service. These people are amateurs and you will have nothing but trouble if something does not go right. There are several other shops in town. I will not be going back. less...
