If I could put 0 stars, i would. The manager Billy is very discriminating, prejudiced, and just plain nosy. and never have i seen a person who jumps to conclusions quicker than him. he creates assumptions almost constantly. he leaves his door open to listen to whats going on and spys on whoever is walking down the hall.
