I've had a number of projects done by Ray. He brought his Son and one of his friends in on one simple project. Not only was the other individual rude, but had no consideration for our home and possessions. He walked overtop furniture with work boots on, drilling holes and then pulled out insulation and did not clean up at all. I told Ray's son not to bother bringing this guy out again. His son said he would run some Ethernet cable for free to give this other guy something to do while he did his work and told me he wouldn't charge for it. I had to call Ray over several times because the hookup to the hot tub was incorrect. When I called the hot tub people because Ray wasn't able to solve the problem, they sent their electrician over and asked if Ray was certified as they claimed the work was not very good. In the end Ray had to clean up the mess from his son's worker and then billed me for the Ethernet cable. I told Ray his son told me he was doing it for free to fill time for the other guy, then his Son called me and told he if I hadn't told his father I wouldn't be charged. I explained I'm not lying for him and the mess that his friends left was a huge mess which Ray has to clean up. I would not recommend Ray, his Son or Service Three for any work now. less...
